Meet The Founder, Kendall
Founded by Kendall Drake, CiNCO was built on almost two decades of real salon experience: what works, what lasts, and what makes clients feel most like themselves. As Salon Director, Kendall leads a high-performing team with a focus on precision, restraint and results that feel expensive without trying too hard.
CiNCO has been recognised as a finalist across the Australian Hair & Fashion Awards, Australian Hair Industry Awards and South West Business Excellence Awards between 2022 and 2025, with nominations across Best Customer Care, Salon Director, Salon of the Year, Salon Design and Salon Team of the Year.
Luxury at CiNCO is considered. Our sustainability ethos shapes the way we work, from recycling 95% of our salon waste and reusing water wherever possible, to planting trees, offsetting emissions and running our own off-site worm farm as we continue working toward becoming completely carbon neutral.
